Purpose
As GGB Holding San. ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ., we adopt a human-centered approach in all the services we provide and commit to acting with a sense of social responsibility. Through this policy, we aim to contribute to environmental, social, and economic sustainability by integrating our understanding of social responsibility into all our activities. We consider social responsibility not merely as a corporate obligation, but as one of the core elements of our management approach, and we aim to make it an integral part of our corporate culture.
Scope
This social responsibility policy covers:
- Our existing polyester yarn production facility and future investments,
- All employees of GGB Holding,
- All stakeholders of GGB Holding, including personnel involved in contracts with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other organizations.

No Child Labor
Our company adheres to the minimum age limits set by laws and regulations, and child labor is strictly prohibited. Respecting children’s rights to healthy development and education is one of our fundamental principles.

Working Hours and Wages
Working hours are applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and overtime work is carried out on a voluntary basis without coercion. Working hours, overtime, and all payments are conducted in full compliance with legal requirements. Compensation is fair, timely, and transparent.
